Hi, Nigel,

if in Options | Display
Automatically display with correct rotation
is selected and one wants to crop an image then there are some problems if the image has been automatically changed (camera vertically oriented, in SPM changed from horizontal to vertical):

In the crop window the image is oriented horizontally.

1. if the pregiven selection (crop settings: Locked to 4x6) is changed
in its position only, the selection is applied: but to the vertical oriented picture, not - as displayed in the crop window - to the horizontally oriented picture.

2. if the pregiven selection (crop settings: Locked to 4x6) is changed
in its position only, the selection is applied: but to the vertical oriented picture, not - as displayed in the crop window - to the horizontally oriented picture.

3. if the pregiven selection is changed in its size AND in tis position, nothing happens, however, if another picture is selected, the "Save changes?" dialogue appeares...

if - after clicking OK after any change (1-3) the undo button is clicked, and the crop dialogue is again chosen the it works correctly...

Kind regards
Yango
